Returns, Refunds & Guarantee Policy
Made-to-Order Items
All brand new sofas are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery & Damage
Please inspect your sofa on delivery. If there is any visible damage or an issue, this must be reported at the point of delivery or within 48 hours, with photos where possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Faults & Complaints
If you believe your sofa has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos. We'll assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
Guarantee
All brand new sofas come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee covering manufacturing faults to the frame and internal structure.
The guarantee does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or excessive use
- Colour change due to sunlight exposure
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery. Failed or refused deliveries due to access issues may still incur delivery charges.
